Congratulations to our February Artist of the Month, Niquel Barnett!
Niquel Barnett is a proud graduate of the University of North Texas with a degree in Theatre Performance, Niquel Barnett is a founding member of the sketch comedy troupe, Rent Free, and has spent the last 3 years performing with them throughout Texas and Oklahoma. In addition to performing, Niquel has a passion for teaching and has led numerous theatre camps at North Texas Performing Arts. Recently, Niquel Barnett has enjoyed directing The Best Christmas Pageant Ever and assistant directing The Little Mermaid and Ride the Cyclone. She is grateful for the opportunity to bring stories to life and for the support of Cat Nobile, Addison Jaynes, and the incredible artistic community here at NTPA.
