Ty Coffee is a Principal with UHY Consulting, providing solutions that strengthen organizations. He has experience managing, performing, and delivering information technology security solutions. This experience includes technology risk management, IT audition, IT security assessments, internal auditing, attack‐and‐penetration testing services, and security analysis in domestic and global entities.

Ty’s family discovered NTPA – Fairview one day after eating lunch nearby and had been looking for a theater for their daughter to join. After her first summer camp, she and the rest of the family were hooked and their son joined in a few years later. Being able to watch his children thrive and become more confident in their abilities has been great, as well as getting to know other theater families along the way.

Neely Berner
Neely Berner
Neely is the proud wife of a musician and mother of four kids, all of which are heavily involved in music and the arts. It has always been an important part of their life at home, and she has been actively involved with NTPA, since her son signed up for his first two week intensive in Fairview in 2021. Her desire to be a part of this organization, comes from the belief that the theatre provides an unmatched safe and nurturing space for all kids and encourages growth, development and long lasting friendships for the kids and adults in our community.

In addition to her work on the NTPA Fairview Board, Neely is a Licensed Master Social Worker, who is also active in volunteering for CASA of Collin County and other various organizations for children. She is proud to serve and be a part of the NTPA organization.

Christine Kless
Christine Kless
Christine Kless is honored to serve on the Fairview board. Her daughter started performing in 2017. Always wanting to be involved where her children are, Christine started volunteering for production team roles in her daughter’s shows. She was deeply impressed with the amazing families that NTPA attracted and the gifts they were willing to share with the NTPA community. She works as a marketing manager and is actively involved in various service organizations in the community. She lives with her husband Ed, who performed in NTPA’s first community theatre production, The Sound of Music, as Captain von Trapp; her son, Sean, who is an avid baseball player; and daughter Cara, who would live at the theatre if they would let her. Wanting to surround herself with people who are dedicated, kind, and passionate, Christine joined the Fairview board to help further NPTA’s mission however she can.

Kristin Ransom
Kristin Ransom
Kristin has been actively involved with NTPA since 2019, when her oldest daughter fell in love with the stage. She now has two daughters that are empowered by NTPA and call Fairview their “home away from home.” Kristin’s favorite volunteer role is serving as Show Manager and getting a front row seat to witness young actors grow and develop through their love of theatre.

Kristin was inspired by her middle school music teacher to try theatre and has been a proud thespian ever since. She followed her passion for serving youth when she became a Plano teacher in 2004. Now, she is blessed to combine both of these loves and have the opportunity to direct musicals with students at school. One thing that has remained consistent over the last 30 years is her love of showtunes!

Kristin is honored to serve on the NTPA Fairview board and looks forward to promoting the success of this wonderful organization that has brought love to so many students and families.

Shauna Reid
Shauna Reid
Dr. Reid is a child and adolescent psychiatrist. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She then completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and did a fellowship in Child Psychiatry at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. Dr. Reid currently owns her own practice, North Texas Child Psychiatry, and also is practicing tele-psychiatry in under served areas of Texas.
Dr. Reid’s daughter began participating in NTPA-Fairview’s program in 2018 and fell in love with theatre. Since then she has watched her daughter grow in areas of confidence, collaborative work, leadership and skill and grew to appreciate the benefits this program can have on our youth. Her son, previously interested only in sports, was compelled to complete his first show after being inspired by his sister.
Dr. Reid regularly volunteers in various production roles and was excited to join the Fairview Management Board in 2019. She is honored to serve on the board and is hoping to help increase the thumbprint size NTPA can make on youth in our community. She would love for many other children to find theatre and the atmosphere of inclusion and family that she and her family have experienced.
