Announcing NTPA Senior Technical Director!
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Gregory McKnight to NTPA Senior Technical Director.
Greg is a seasoned theater technician, having worked tech at many venues in DFW over the past two decades. He has found a home at NTPA since joining the team in 2017 serving as NTPA Technical Director.
In addition to leading technical theatre aspects at NTPA, Greg has served as a Director and Music Director for many shows and has written a half-dozen original musicals that have premiered at NTPA performed by youth actors including fan favorites The Adventure of BetaKid and Festiville (soon to make its film premiere with NTPA Studios!).
Greg also leads the new NTPA Studios film production program providing an opportunity for actors and technicians in grades 5-12 to produce a film that will be screened at a local theater venue! Each film is performed and produced by NTPA students and directed by industry professionals.
