NTPA Community Theatre is fun for the whole family! This theatre troupe provides a new opportunity for amateur actors to enhance their skills.
With family-friendly productions casting both adults and children, the entire family can take the stage together in a fun and relaxed performance environment. Modeled after NTPA’s successful Scrooge the Musical!, these performances are a great opportunity for parents and their children to take the stage together!

What’s it like to be in a Community production?
This heartwarming video was created by NTPA alumna and Ursuline Academy of Dallas Senior Kate Walsh as a school project about her father’s journey with NTPA Community Theatre. Kate began with NTPA at age 8, has performed in almost thirty productions.
Tom Walsh has regularly played “Ghost of Christmas Present” in NTPA’s annual production “Scrooge – The Musical,” and roles in Music Man, South Pacific, and Mary Poppins. Tom is a Partner with the international law firm of Winston & Strawn, LLP, and is the recipient of the Broadway World of Dallas’s “2023 Supporting Actor of the Year Award.”
