The North Texas Performing Arts Covid-19 Task Force of 30 medical doctors, legal counsel, board members and others meets weekly to update our safety protocols so that we can provide the safest possible environment for our students and patrons. Those protocols have allowed us to reopen and enjoy over 35,000 visitors, 120 productions and almost 1,000 performances in our spaces without incident.

Effective Friday, February 25, 5:30 PM

Over the past two years, NTPA’s safety protocol has continued to build upon requirements recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Texas Governor’s Strike Force, and expands beyond them to provide a comprehensive and careful standard of care.

Based on new information released February 25 by the CDC, the following updates have been made to the NTPA Safety Protocol:

  • Masks will be STRONGLY RECOMMENDED but not required in NTPA facilities and activities.
  • All other Covid protocols will be removed
  • All participants and patrons must follow the NTPA Covid Notification Protocol and alert NTPA of possible Covid-19 exposure.

If any patron who has already purchased a ticket to an upcoming NTPA event or activity feels uncomfortable attending under this new protocol, NTPA will provide a full refund on those tickets. In order to request a refund, patrons may email tickets@ntpa.org with their order number. Please submit refund requests by Friday, March 4.
